One sim may let me take the Schumacher S with no lift if I load up the tires properly, while another may have me in the grass on the right-hander because it didn't make the first left. In the same way, if you learn the Nordschleife in AMS2, you might have problems with slightly different visual cues in AC, for example. I put in a lot of hours to ACC, so GT3s are always going to feel weird in other sims.
